This short-grain rice has undergone a special buffing technology to preserve more nutrients than conventional polishing techniques would. Based on the ompany’s research, it has 1.8 times more fibre, seven times more vitamin B1, and six times more lipopolysaccharides (LPS) than typical white rice. The latter is said to help boost your immune system. Another plus: This rice absorbs more water during cooking, filling you up faster. No second helpings needed!
