Din Tai Fung’s classic yusheng topped with smoked salmon is the one to toss for an illustrious Chinese New Year. Highlights include Golden Crayfish with Chef ’s Special Otah Sauce, plump crayfish tossed in otah sauce and spiced with curry leaves; Kumquat Pork Ribs, crispy ribs coated with golden kumquat sauce; and Golden Crispy Bacon Wrap, which provides a smoky flavour and satisfying crunch.

The Kaisen Tomato and Sushi Gozen ($26.90) includes a dish of assorted seafood and crispy ramen with tomato sauce; the Black Pepper Buta Gozen ($24.90) has black pepper pork loin and yellowtail sashimi, while the Kurobuta Kaminabe Gozen ($25.90) features black-pork slices and assorted vegetables in a paper hotpot.
Shabu Tontei (#B1-52)

Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao (#03-96)
When you dine at Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao from Jan 16 to Feb 12 this festive season, relish the Prosperity Abalone Treasure Pot (from $248) and Reunion Baby Abalone Yu Sheng (from $42.80). Also order the limited-edition Steamed Abalone Cube and Minced Pork Dumpling ($8.80), and the Steamed Pork Dumplings ($6.80) with a sweet red date wrapped within a dumpling in the basket – the restaurant says that the person who bites into it will be blessed with a prosperous year ahead.
