Nauta Design created the interiors for the range of new models by the world’s leading luxury catamaran builder, while VPLP was responsible for their naval architecture and Patrick Le Quement styled the exterior.

Building on the attention surrounding last year’s launch of the Seventy 7 sailing cat, the Seventy 8 is fitted with twin Volvo D11 510hp engines, can reach a top speed of 19 knots and has a range of 5,000nm.

The 78-footer offers a range of layouts, including up to five cabins.

The fly bridge features a Jacuzzi, a large folding dining table to starboard and a sunbathing area forward, while the tender lift platform links up the two transom skirts for a bathing deck. The 322sqm forward platform can act as a ‘dance floor’, while the aft cockpit overlooking the sea has a lounging space to port.

The Lagoon 50 offers from three to six cabins, a fly bridge with a helm station and a large open cockpit. She also boasts a shorter boom and a main sail with a high aspect ratio, enabling the capture of better airflow in the upper parts of the sail. Inside are a large galley that opens onto the cockpit on one side and a slightly elevated lounge area. She is powered by two 57/88hp Yanmar engines.

The Lagoon 40 is available with three or four cabins. With a new taller mast and an increased sail area of 81.3sqm, the 11.7m yacht is equipped with two Yanmar 29/40hp engines. www.cata-lagoon.com
