Early education plays such an important role in your child’s development, and kids learn best in environments that empower them in positive ways.

One important thing to look for in a preschool is its track record. Since its establishment in 1988, Pat’s Schoolhouse has been providing quality education to children aged two months to six years old.

Pat’s Schoolhouse pioneered the Bilingual Immersion Programme, in which students benefit early from lessons taught by qualified English and Mandarin language teachers, who work together as co-partners to encourage learning and interaction in both languages across different subjects in one classroom.

The school’s winning curriculum has won many accolades over the years, including the 2010 Outstanding Programme Award from the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports, as well as a 2016 Outstanding Early Childhood Leader Award for one of its teachers.

ENCOURAGING KIDS TO BE KIDS

The teachers at Pat’s Schoolhouse believe in nurturing confidence in children, encouraging them to celebrate every moment of their childhood, and empowering them to pursue their dreams. There is never a typical day at the preschool, because every day brings new experiences to savour and new skills to pick up.

With 19 centres islandwide, the preschool offers a mix of classroom and outdoor activities to boost your young one’s social and analytical thinking skills, as well as stimulate his senses. On top of science, maths, and arts and crafts, your kid will have the chance to nurture his or her talents in areas like music, cooking and pretend-play, just to name a few – because every child deserves to own his or her childhood.
