It is no secret that Asian women often look younger beyond the years. But just how exactly do they age gracefully? The recent Beauty Secrets of the East Masterclass shed some light on this. Held on November 7 at Carlton Hotel, readers of The Weekly were treated to activities that covered some much coveted beauty secrets of Asian women.

The event started off with The Weekly’s Deputy Editor Zarelda Marie Goh sharing skincare and makeup tips from our favourite Asian celebrities. Next, Sulwhasoo Field Trainer Chaven Lee guided our readers in a hands-on experience of testing out Sulwhasoo TimeTreasure EX line, the brand’s newlyupgraded anti-ageing skincare. Chaven also showed our readers exclusive massage techniques to help the products penetrate the skin better for better results. She then showed readers how to achieve a radiant makeup look with Sulwhasoo Perfecting Cushion. Beauty consultants from Sulwhasoo walked around to assist our readers in choosing the most ideal shade for the Perfecting Cushion.

Readers had a tea break where they were treated to a scrumptious spread of sweet and savoury treats. After the break, Physicist Anita Pee from Eu Yan Sang demonstrated how pressing acupressure points can help relieve stress on the body. To round things off, readers took home herbal drink recipes, and a goodie bag which included a five-piece Sulwhasoo TimeTreasure EX starter kit. W
