Trium Fitness #03-01 Aperia Mall, tel: 8782-8633.

Here’s another outlet for yogis to practise at. A stone’s throw from Lavender MRT station, Trium Fitness is a cosy, home-style studio offering mainly yoga classes of all sorts: flow, hatha, core, yin, aerial, wheel… There’s even HIIT yoga for those looking for a more hardcore workout. We like the floor-toceiling windows, which offer a perfect city view, plus plenty of natural light for Instagram photo-taking! Besides yoga, the studio has other classes such as zumba, KpopX Fitness and pilates matwork. While there, you can shop too: Trium sells activewear from local sites like Shop Yog and Kitted By.
