This is an annual architecture festival that celebrates Singapore’s urban environment, organised by Singapore Institute of Architects and Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects. Archifest 2016, with the theme of Exhale, features DP Architect’s winning RGB Pavilion.
The design of the temporary structure and “pop-up” event space addresses Archifest’s theme of challenging our fastpaced lives. Commended for its zero-waste concept, materials used to build RGB Pavilion include safety nets suspended on steel scaffoldings, to create a large technicolour urban structure.
