Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty introduces a different way to use blotting sheets.

Each roll

of blotting
paper.
It’s the
equivalent
of 64 sheets
if you tear
off 8cm
each time
(that’s about
the length of
the average
blotting
sheet).

It’s called Invisimatte Blotting Paper: a fancy name that doesn’t do justice to a product that has totally put a new spin on sheet blotters. Unlike most others, which come as sheets in packs, Rihanna’s version takes after cling-film and aluminium-sheet dispensers.

Her face mattifier comes in a roll, not individual sheets. Each roll goes into a nude-pink case no bigger than a small lipstick. The case has two lids: the inner keeps the roll in place; the outer, with teeth, helps you tear the paper into sheets. And on top of that, it has a small mirror for your touch-ups. A case with a roll is $26; refills are $14 each. – DC
