The breakthrough formula was developed in the Fresh Research Lab in the LVMH Helios Research Center, where chemists, biologists and dermatologists led by Fresh’s co-founder, Lev Glazman, create efficacious products with scientifically proven results.
To make an entire year’s worth of the product with its jam-like texture (smooth enough to spread, with bits of peel lending a slightly grainy feel), Fresh uses lemons, oranges and clementines harvested in the Mediterranean and ground into 13,000kg of concentrated fruit paste.
