But the Parisian accessories brand pushed a different artistic envelope with its recent “Photocall Bag Exhibition” in Hong Kong, which showcased 10 unique bags created in collaboration with a coterie of celebrities, influencers and designers. Chinese silver screen icons Carina Lau and Cherie Chung adorned theirs with sparkly patches and a rosary-wearing cat respectively, while other surprising elements included a strap resembling a film strip and lots of botany. On the other side of Roger Vivier’s Pop-up Counter at Landmark Atrium was the spring/summer 2017 collection, where guests were spotted trying on pairs of Sneaky Viv’s for size, complete with a customisation counter for on-the-spot embellishments.
