To be in London during the ’60s was to be part of an exciting period of time for both culture and fashion. The Youthquake movement was in full swing, and Fred Perry’s designs quickly became one of the signifiers of this shift. It’s little wonder then, that the brand has chosen to mine its heritage for its latest collection. Iconic pieces such as its twin-tipped polo shirts are updated with contemporary fabrics, colours and zip details that nod to the brand’s sporting legacy, while gingham and tartan are refined into interesting visual cues on collars and shirts.
