Level 1

TOTALLY NATURAL

To allow the wind to effortlessly lift your hair, crimp your hair with a flat iron then finish with shine serum. Be sure to skip the lipgloss that day!

TRY Klorane Shine Leave-in Spray with Magnolia.

Level 2

SOMEWHAT NATURAL

After pulling hair up into a ponytail or top knot, blow-dry your hair from one side of your face to make those strands “fly” across the forehead. Finish by fixing your wispy strands with hairspray.

TRY Aveda Control Force Firm Hold Hair Spray, $50.

Level 3

FAKE IT

For post-swim hair, slick hair gel onto the fringe and some strands on both sides of the face, then shape them as desired to frame the face.

TRY Gatsby Cool Wet Moving Rubber.
