Each tub offers a balanced mix of proteins, vegetables, and carbs (choose from white rice, brown rice or Korean noodles), and contains around 500 calories or less. Love your gochujang? They use brown sugar instead of corn syrup to make the popular condiment – so feel free to indulge just a little bit more.

A New Kind of Wearable Tech

We’ve all heard of wearable tech for your wrists, but now there’s something to work out in that you can literally wear like a suit. The VisionBody Powersuit is the latest EMS (that’s Electric Muscle Stimulation) training system that’s designed to sculpt, shape and tone the body, and has the ability to condense a four-hour conventional gym workout into a 20-minute sesh (under the supervision of an expert instructor, of course). Where such systems had previously featured messy, restricting cables, this one is powered by wireless technology to give you total freedom of movement. Step aside, Ironman – there’s a new supersuit in town.

The VisionBody Powersuit is available at VisionGym at #01-01, 146 Robinson Road.
