The new patch of green produces a range of pesticide- and chemicalfree crops, such as basil, chilli, lemon, parsley and peppers, which are transformed into delicious dishes and cocktails at the restaurant and bar. In addition, the hotel has introduced Gomixer to help reduce food waste.
