Graeme Park has held editorial and internal communication roles both in the UK and in Asia. He is currently the editor of Up to Speed, British Airways’ flagship internal communication channel and Stars, the staff title for the Dorchester Hotel Group. He has previously held senior editorial roles at Business Traveller, Indulge for Star Cruises and Horizon for Turbojet. For AsiaSpa’s ‘Soul’ issue, he looks into how stoicism may be the answer to happiness.

Beverly Cheng was born in the US, raised in Canada and called France, Spain and Japan home before planting her roots in Hong Kong six years ago. Her writing has appeared in multiple lifestyle publications focusing on design, travel and wellness. She recently made the leap to leave her full-time job to pursue her true passions: writing her first fiction novel and making art. In this issue, Cheng experiences the healing vibration of gong baths.

Jesper McIlroy is an American photographer and director currently based in Hong Kong, where he remains mesmerised by its vibrant energy and alluring culture. He has been involved in the fashion industry for well over a decade, and collaborated with top international brands and celebrities. When he is not behind the lens he is usually out exploring the greener spaces of Hong Kong with his wife, two daughters and giant furry dog. McIlroy shoots Centre Stage for the current issue.

Rob McGovern is a British freelance writer who has worked in both publishing and PR in Seoul, Hong Kong and Macau. His writing interests vary from biking and hiking to food and wine, but he is most happy strolling around a new city while eating something that looks a tiny bit suspect from a local food stall. This time, he explores the dramatic landscapes of the American Southwest.
