The other catamaran class, the largest and luxurious Gunboats, was one of the classes that most enjoyed the brisk conditions, doing two races and hitting speeds in excess of 20 knots. Jason Caroll’s Elvis has been the class of this fleet, but it was Jonathan Bush’s Zenyatta that took the first place.

When Michael Dominguez and his Bronco team couldn’t start Sunday’s only race due to equipment issues, the M32 came down to a winner take all battle between three teams. Chris Poole’s Riptide Racing came out on top.

The 12 Metre races were intense ones among two to three boats, with Dennis Williams on Victory 83 earning Modern title, Gunther Buerman skippering New Zealand winning GP Class and Jay Schachne’s Weatherly beating Robert Morton’s American Eagle to claim victory of Traditional Class.

Tom Selldorff on Kinship is the winner among all other competitors in ORR Navigators, while Steven Levy’s Eagle was victorious in PHRF 1 and Douglas McKeige’s Jazz was the champion in PHRF 2. Paul Koch on Jazz Fish was crowned the winner in PHRF 3 NS.
