The 29th vintage of the Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blanc cuvée was preluded with contrasts, namely a cold winter followed by a very warm summer back in 2006. The result is a pale yellowish green liquid laced with fruit and floral notes and peppered with green, spicy tones. On the palate, it’s fresh, delicate and complemented by lightly toasted, brioche aromas – typical of the Dom Ruinart style. The finishing returns to delightful citrus fruit notes.
