What motivated you to start Rentadella?
“Believe it or not, I’ve always wanted to have a business in sustainable fashion since I was a little girl!”
Why should women use a rental service like Rentadella?
“To me, it’s a no brainer. Why spend tons of money on a dress you’d wear only once? By renting, you save money and get to wear a new dress each time. We bring in new dresses each season, so you get to keep up with the latest fashion trends without emptying your wallets. We are very hands-on with our recommendations. People book styling consultations with us because we care and we want you to leave our store feeling confident and ready.”
We noticed that you stock a huge range of sizes. Is this deliberate?
“It was 100 per cent deliberate. Nothing sucks more than finding the dress of your dreams and then realising that it’s not your size. We try as hard as we can to find the perfect fit for you, and sometimes that means stocking different sizes per style.”
How do you address your customers’ concerns on fit?
“For those worried about sizes, we have a showroom where we do personal styling appointments to make sure dresses fit our customers perfectly. If there are any concerns, we have a tailor on hand to help achieve the perfect, and most comfortable fit. For online orders, we offer backup dresses for $15. These dresses can be in the form of a backup size or style. We also do free exchanges if the fit isn’t quite right or the style doesn’t suit.”
