Priyanka Chopra & Nick Jonas

The lavish ceremony of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas – or ChopJo, as they are now known – took place over a weekend in Rajasthan, and while there were plenty of wedding highlights to talk about, everyone was focused on Priyanka’s headgear. BODY POSITIVITY AWARD

Princess Eugenie & Jack Brooksbank

Even though the wedding was her day, Princess Eugenie still made an effort to honour people living with scoliosis, and to thank those who cared for her during and after surgery. Her custom Peter Pilotto dress was designed to dip lower in the back, to ensure her post-surgery scar was shown. “I think you can change the way beauty is,” she said. “You can show people your scars.”

WEDDING OF THE YEAR

Meghan Markle & Prince Harry

Arguably the year’s biggest and most-covered, the wedding of Harry and Meghan sent the world into a royal fever that started months before Meghan walked down the aisle. Even after the wedding, people still couldn’t get enough of the couple, as evidenced by gossip mills churning out stories of royal spats and wedding dress plagiarism drama.

MOST OVER THE TOP

Isha Ambani & Anand Piramal

When you think “wedding singer”, you probably won’t think of Beyoncé, yet that was exactly what happened at this ceremony. In what was probably India’s most-anticipated wedding of the year, the union of Isha and Anand brought two of the country’s most influential (and richest) families together. Cue Queen B holding a private concert for guests like Hillary Clinton, and an app to help you navigate the palace grounds.
