THE NEXT CHAPTER

Revamping an icon can be a tricky affair, especially when said icon is the beloved Louis Vuitton rolling trunk. Trust Australian industrial designer Marc Newson, one of Time magazine’s most influential people in 2005, to inject a breath of fresh air into the luxury house’s new range. Globetrotters will be pleased to know that the four-wheeled trunks are 15 per cent more spacious than similarly sized trunks. Besides the classic monogrammed and Damier prints, you can also pick from seven colours in Epi leather. #02-14 Ion Orchard. Tel: 6788-3888.
