The process starts with the brand’s Signature Royal Flush ($908 for 120min). This is designed to detox the body of waste materials and toxins that have accumulated from years of eating processed foods. Doing so is said to help the body better absorb vital nutrients.
Every individual goes through a customised programme involving a combination of scrubs, massages, machine treatments and detox drinks. Your programme could include a multipolar treatment, which claims to destroy fat, target cellulite and tighten skin using radio-frequency energy; an aroma steam bath to boost circulation and open pores; a customised body polish and lymphatic drainage. The body polish uses a sea salt scrub, which is said to draw out toxins and reduce bloating. The lymphatic massage is supposed to help rid the body of toxins and waste.
Other treatments may involve heat therapy using a blanket, to help you “sweat out” toxins, raise your heart rate and boost circulation. According to Cheryl W, lying on the thermal blanket for 30min is equivalent to one hour of non-stop exercise, or about 300 calories burnt. Results of the treatment are said to include all-over fat reduction, boosted metabolism, and smoother and brighter skin.
You can also opt for the Signature Flush ($398 for 75min) treatment. To support your in-salon sessions, you may also use cleansing drinks such as Flush Dark Plum Natural Cleanse ($128 for 15 days).
