Cartier’s Panthere de Cartier, introduced in 1983, was as big as shoulder pads. In those glory days of the ’80s, it was on every power-suited woman, at every power deal, with every champagne toast. Its popularity didn’t wane even during the less excessive ’90s. Then the 2000s came, and it disappeared; discontinued. But now, for a generation discovering glamour, the chain-link bracelet watch in all its gloriousness has returned: in small or medium and in five metals – pink (shown here), yellow or white gold, silver, and stainless steel. There’s also the option of silver with gold. From $5,500 to $31,800.
