No pain, no gain? Not with the new Vanquish ME machine by medical device manufacturer BTL Aesthetics.

This body-shaping, fat-reducing device uses a contactless patented technology, Selective Radiofrequency, to deliver thermal energy to the fat layer without affecting the skin or muscles. The heat causes the natural death of fat cells, which are then flushed out of the body as waste.

The Vanquish ME machine has two large applicators – one for the tummy and one for the thighs – to cover wider surface areas comfortably, and treatments done with it are said to cause no downtime or pain.

Get a slimmer silhouette fast

Vanquish ME promises to reduce the circumference of the tummy, love handles and thighs. The 45-minute treatment is perfect as a lunchtime fix. If you do one treatment every week over a month, results can reportedly be seen by the third session.

Designed to help anyone with areas of unwanted fat and no major health issues, the machine produces a mild heating sensation said to be akin to a hot stone massage: relaxing and comforting.

A healthy diet and regular exercise help to maintain and prolong the treatment’s effects.

Boost the results

To complement Vanquish ME, try X Wave therapy. The non-invasive procedure transmits shock-wave energy into body tissue to enhance microcirculation, metabolism and lymphatic flow. This is believed to improve the appearance of cellulite, scars and stretch marks by smoothing and toning skin on the tummy, bottom, inner thighs and arms. The treatment, described as painless, takes six to 15 minutes for each area.
