Everyone can pull off the classic dark grey smoky eye, even if they only have 15 minutes to prep. This season’s greys are even more wearable: shimmery without looking too “intergalactic” (read: too glittery). For a fresh take, pair grey with an unconventional colour such as the matte plum hue in Indes Galantes Duo Eyeshadow ($50), from French fashion photographer Sarah Moon’s collection for Nars. Prefer a palette that offers more options to mix and match? Consider Chanel Architectonic Eyeshadow Palette ($102). It boasts five shades: two mirror-like silvers, a dark taupe, a shimmery concrete grey and a beautiful gunmetal blue. All have ultrablendable textures.
