For the brand’s second see-now, buy-now collection, Christopher Bailey paid homage to the works of iconic British artist, Henry Moore. Like Moore’s sculptures, the pieces had a sense of fluidity, yet they emcompassed a certain abstract charm to them. Models marched down the runway at Makers House, adorned in a neutral palette of white, camel, navy and black—bringing the focus to the details and craftsmanship put into each apparel. Asymmetrical knits were teamed with crisp shirting, while delicate lace appliqué sat gracefully upon a blue utilitarian jumpsuit. Of course, who could’ve missed out the 78 limited edition couture capes Bailey presented for the finale?
