Dior recently treated its A-list guests to two uniquely English experiences: Its cruise 2017 show at historic Blenheim Palace in the Oxfordshire countryside; and a post-show soirée at LouLou’s, London’s poshest playpen for the country’s elite. A dramatic botanical display fronted the party’s entrance, beckoning guests to stop and snap the flowers before posing with the taxidermy pieces in the opulent lounges within—including a giraff e’s head that rises out of the floor and an illuminated peacock. A steady flow of potent cocktails kept spirits at a high, as did a bar-full of sushi and freshly shucked oysters, while a tarot card reader added an amusing touch.
