TIME REFASHIONED.
As its name suggests, Vacheron Constantin’s new Métiers d’Art Elégance Sartoriale collection pays homage to the art of dressing up; looking to fabrics traditionally used in menswear for inspiration. The five-piece collection throws the spotlight on woven textures through the revered art of hand-guilloché and Grand Feu enamel on its dial, while an hours and minutes subdial is encircled with mother-of-pearl to recall shirt buttons for the most dapper effect.

LOVE OF A CLASSIC.
Named after the Florida beach famed for its motorsports activities, the Cosmograph Daytona has become one of Rolex’s most sought-after timepieces since its appearance in the 1960s. For the first time in Singapore, Rolex, together with The Hour Glass, hosted a six-day exhibition earlier in October on the iconic watch. Held at VivoCity, the exhibition saw over 5,000 people attending—a number that stands as a testament to its popularity with watch lovers.

LADIES AFFAIR.
Looking every bit the Hollywood A-lister that she is in a glittering Schiaparelli haute couture gown, Nicole Kidman joined Omega in its celebration of its century-long heritage for women’s timepieces. The event, which took place in Beijing, saw the actress visiting the brand’s boutique at Oriental Plaza earlier in the day before the main celebrations kicked off in the evening. “It feels beautiful to be a part of this brand. I think what I'm so proud of is the relationship that we have, because I believe so strongly in it,” she says of her 11-year brand ambassadorship.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Who would have thought that a rough sketch on a napkin that took mere minutes to complete would turn into one of the watch industry’s most iconic watches? But that, according to the story, is how the Nautilus was conceived. Patek Philippe celebrates the 40th birthday of this timepiece with two new limited editions: The automatic Nautilus Ref. 5711/1P in platinum, and the white gold Nautilus Chronograph Ref. 5976/1G—both presented with a specially made cork box.
