Which makes the news of Welch being the face of Gucci’s watches and jewellery no big surprise at all. To mark its second year partnership with amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, Harry Winston has created two limited edition Countdown to a Cure timepieces to benefit the organisation’s campaign of the same name. Only 20 timepieces for men and women each are going to be produced, with 20 percent of their sales benefitting amfAR. The watches, which belong to the brand’s timeless Midnight collection, are available exclusively at Harry Winston stores worldwide.
