Set the stage with Eve Lom’s Flawless Radiance Primer before covering your lids entirely with the brightest, whitest shade in YSL Beauty’s Couture Eye Palette Collector Urban Escape. Apply it heaviest at the crease, starting from the inner corners of the eyes before blending upwards and out. Then, use Make Up For Ever’s Aqua XL Eye Pencil in Iridescent Lagoon Green to completely ring your eyes, before applying two coats of By Terry’s Lash-Expert Twist Brush Mascara for the finishing touch.
For a new take on the smoky eye, paint your eyes in contrasting gem tones. Try shades of lapis and emerald from Urban Decay’s UDx Kristen Leanne Kaleidoscope Dream Eyeshadow Palette before tapping on flecks of gold so that the eyes sparkle from every angle.
