Set amidst the lush valley of the Shiga Mountains, the impressive glass and concrete structure played the perfect host to Nicolas Ghesquière’s collection; which paid homage to Japan and all its cultural trappings with the designer’s characteristic modern flair.
With people fighting for spots on the runway to take selfies before and after the presentation, it seems the brand’s guests—including celebrities like Michelle Williams, Jennifer Connelly, Fan Bing Bing, Sophie Turner and Isabelle Huppert— thoroughly approved of the affair.
