Like Leo here, the trend of matte lipsticks might not be as hot as before, but Shiseido’s Rouge Rouge Matte – an update on the year-old Rouge Rouge line – could change that. Despite the name, it goes beyond red, boasting eight modern hues ($46 each): four nudes, two bright pinks, a vivid orange and a deep burgundy. And thanks to its ultra creamy, moisturising texture, the youthful, shine- free finish it leaves is soft (read: sophisticated) and doesn’t fade.
