How: Call us lazy, but we’re all for transformative treatments that don’t require much effort or time. This full-body treatment fits the bill, promising smoother, softer skin and a more sculpted figure in just one hour. To stimulate microcirculation, the brand’s Body Shaping Cream and Active Contouring Supplement is applied all over the leg area with a knuckling and fisting movement – this supposedly breaks down fat cells and reduces bloating caused by water retention. A Clarinspro Thermo-activated Contouring Mask is then applied to the thighs and left on for 15 minutes. This is followed by a wrap, during which the therapist continues a contouring-style body massage along the upper body and arms, before ending with a relaxing back massage.
Verdict: Slimming treatments can be slightly uncomfortable, but this was effective and soothed my stiff muscles. Post treatment, I noticed a slimmer waistline and smoother legs.
