Retreat by Bodywize, with its subtle art deco and spacious area, is a perfect wellness spa. Guests’ beautifying journeys begin with a stroll along a promenade awash in natural light before indulging in one of many spa treatments, ranging from classic to high-tech. The Retreat’s ‘Double Happiness’ won the ‘Couple’s Treatment of the Year’ at the AsiaSpa Awards 2016 and will be the first day spa in Hong Kong to launch ESPA products and customised signature treatments.

Bodywize Wellness recently launched its largest fitness centre of 3,200sqft, Reshape by Bodywize, in June 2017. This facility is set to fundamentally alter the way each individual trains. From body sculpting to circuit training and Superfunctional personal training based on Sudden Dynamic Interference, programmes are individually designed to improve fitness and physical achievement, while ensuring overall vitality and well-being. The interior of Reshape keeps a natural aesthetic with organic elements to strengthen the human-nature connection. Natural light sets the ambience of the workout zone and The Penthouse as our signature resting area emphasising feelings of serenity and comfort.

Bodywize Yoga & Fitness is a 3,000sqft studio offering Air® and yoga practices contributing not mere-ly to one’s spiritual growth and group awareness, but also to health and mobility. Various sustainable yoga clothing brands are available, featuring natural and eco-friendly materials that add a green touch to the mindful lifestyle.
