1. How do mineral and synthetic oils differ?
The former’s base oils come from crude oil, whereas the latter’s are derived from higher-tech refining processes.

2. Why is synthetic oil better than mineral oil?
It retains its protective properties for much longer compared to mineral oil.

3. Are higher viscosity oils better for track days?
Not necessarily. But if you’re in doubt, consult your owner’s manual or ask a reputable workshop.

4. Will I need to change my oil after a track day?
If you feel that you’ve really pushed your car to its limits, then an oil change would be a good idea.

5. How often must I change my engine oil?
Refer to your owner’s manual, which lists oil change intervals based on mileage and usage.
