E for eyes.

The W210 Mercedes-Benz E-Class showed its distinctive elliptic headlights to the world in 1995. That brave German face divided opinions, but the model went on to become Singapore’s top-selling new car in 1996, with over 2000 units delivered to towkays who only had eyes for the three-pointed star. The W210 E-Class also made its mark in another way – it was the country’s first Mercedes taxi ride, part of the CityCab fleet.
