Cute little Aibo is back! Sony’s robot puppy dog is now in its sixth generation and now pairs robotics with a new, cloud-connected AI and image sensors. The more each owner interacts with their Aibo, the more Aibo will develop a unique personality. It can now recognize faces, detect praise and smiles, as well as react to being petted or scratched.

Canon’s first mirrorless full-frame camera is here. The EOS R shares a lot with its DSLR older brother, the 5D Mark IV. The R sports a 30MP sensor and DIGIC 8 processor, with the ability to shoot 4K video at 30p. Canon’s excellent Dual Pixel AF is onboard too, with an astonishing 5,655 selectable AF points. The battery is rated good for 370 to 450 shots per charge.

The Creative SXFI Amp is a compact USB amplifier that makes use of the company’s Super X-Fi UltraDSP chip and a 32-bit AKM4377 DAC that will support high-resolution audio files of up to 24-bit/96KHz. It’s capable of driving headphones of up to 600 ohms despite its diminutive package. The SXFI Amp uses Creative Super X-Fi Headphone Holography, a combination of hardware and software solutions, to replicate the sound of listening to speakers through headphones.
