FROM $149,999 ON THE ROAD
Honda’s fifth-generation “Comfortable Runabout Vehicle” has arrived to make life uncomfortable for the Mazda CX-5 and official Toyota Harrier, both of which made their local debuts in July. The new CR-V has a turbocharged 1.5-litre engine shared with the current Civic, but with a higher output (193bhp and 243Nm). The newcomer is available as a five-seater or, for $10,000 more, a better-equipped three-row seven-seater.
