The large, luxurious coupe comes in two variants, one with a naturally aspirated V8 engine ready to set your adrenalin glands pumping with a 0-100 of 4.7sec, and the other, a hybrid affair tailored for fuel economy and pleasant cruising.
Both sport the same outlandish Lexus aesthetic: that dominant and spindled front grille, a lean mid-waist and an astoundingly wide rear track that makes the exotic coupe appear even more intimidating.
On the inside, expect the standard Lexus bevy of switches and buttons, and a much improved Remote Touch Interface that allows you to interact with the screen and satnav. Opt for the Sport and Sport+ models should you want to enjoy alcantaraclad seats with plenty of legroom. Is this the sporty competitor the BMW 6 Series needed? We certainly think so. 33 Leng Kee Road. Tel: 6631-1388.
