1 He’s a feminist
And he’s pretty vocal about it too. Just look at his Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts, where he frequently weighs in on gender equality issues. The 30-year-old actor has also penned essays on feminism, and lent his support to Amber Rose’s “Walk of No Shame” video last year. Matt even designed a tongue-in-cheek feminist tee for International Women’s Day, with all proceeds going to the National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League in the US. '
2 He did a lot of comedy before appearing in your favourite shows
Matt appeared frequently in CollegeHumor sketches from 2010 to 2015. There are many hits in his comedy reel, but one of our favourites has to be “Matt McGorry’s Leaked Magic Mike 2 Audition”.
3 He was a competitive bodybuilder
Before he entered show business, Matt was a personal trainer for about 10 years (whew!). He also competed in powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions, and was a fitness writer for a men’s magazine as well. Honestly, how friggin’ talented is this guy?
