Feeding a party crowd is easy when you have extra help in the kitchen. Panasonic’s Induction Heater Rice Cooker and Grill Convection Oven make speedy work of getting food on the table to your guests.

Hot, fluffy rice in a flash

The SR-HB184 Induction Heater Rice Cooker ($629) has a five-layer induction heater to ensure precise heat control, so that every grain cooks evenly. The cutting-edge, seven-layer inner Kamado pan with diamond coating conducts heat effectively, and is strong – enhancing the durability of the product – yet lightweight. Once the rice is cooked, the appliance traps secondary heat to keep the rice warm and fluffy. Best of all, the rice cooker is easy to use and clean. The top control panel allows for easy viewing and operation, and the inner lid is detachable with just one touch of a button.

Compact but versatile oven

Need to make a variety of dishes in a hurry? Use the all-round handy kitchen helper, the NN-CD565 Mid-Size Grill Convection Oven ($429). It may be compact but has the grill power of 1,300 watts, and an oven temperature ranging from 100 to 200 deg C. The large and spacious cavity provides more room for large dishes, and the Panacrunch Pan and preprogrammed menus enable you to prepare a wide selection of dishes, including crispy pizzas and pies.

Available at department stores, leading electrical stores and authorised dealers.
