Centred on the theme of “Enchantment”, the festival aims to reassert the magic of the unexpected into everyday life, and hope in the face of populism, alienation and cynicism. Fourteen Singapore art projects and two international-Singapore collaborations have been commissioned from artists across disciplines and mediums.
