Finding it tough to squeeze in a workout? Spare just half an hour of your busy schedule for the Contours Express circuit training class to keep you fitter than before in an all-women environment.

Although it may be a short session, this 29-minute workout helps you to achieve multiple benefits at one go. You’ll be burning calories, building stamina, toning and firming your muscles, and improving coordination, balancing and flexibility all at once.

Regardless of your fitness level, Contours Express will help you to achieve your individual fitness goals with personalised coaching. The instructors will follow you throughout the process, from goal setting to creating a personalised workout programme, and periodically checking your progress.

If you want to push yourself further, try adding the Vibration training for accelerated weight loss and toning results. This involves exercising on a platform that vibrates at a high speed, stimulating muscle contractions of up to 3,000 times per minute. Just 15 minutes on this platform equates to hundreds of repetition of squats, sit-ups and push-ups. If you are suffering from muscle stiffness or joint pain, the Vibration training is also highly recommended. The gentle yet rapid muscle contractions make it a safe and low-impact workout that helps to restore strength, mobility and enhance muscle tone with less stress on joints and ligaments.

With the New Year rolling in, Contours Express has fresh initiatives to kick-start your year on a high. It allows you to work out in an all-women environment and ensures that you reach your fitness goals. Besides its signature 29-mintue circuit and vibration training, it has launched a new range called the Contours Express Signature. This offers group classes such as zumba, piloxing, yoga, functional training and free-style toning.

If you prefer the outdoors, there is a variety of outdoor fitness sessions available for you and your friends too. From a morning of catching Pokemon paired with an invigorating workout, to a running workshop to prep you for marathons, there’s definitely something for everyone.

To ensure a more pleasant experience for you, it has upgraded its facilities as well. This includes special sports flooring, which can better absorb the impact when you jump or hop.

And if you’re a mum with young children, there is now a dedicated kids corner so that they’ll be kept busy while you work out.
