Strala Yoga Singapore knows this, and offers its empowering Strong class to help you achieve your workout goals. Experienced instructors will guide you through simple and challenging movements that are designed to build strength, and improve your balance and flexibility. You’ll get stronger and feel more invigorated with less stress after each session.

Strala Yoga Singapore is the company’s first studio in Asia, owned and managed by Jolene Lim and Suraya Sam. It was first established in New York City in 2008 by celebrity yoga guide Tara Stiles, and has since won the hearts of yoga fans all over the world with its creative and inspiring classes. All instructors have been all personally trained by Tara Stiles.

MAKE THE CLASS YOUR OWN

The first thing you notice when you enter the space is its minimalist atmosphere and abundant natural light. There are two room-temperature studios with no mirrors to help promote a greater sense of mindfulness. The general vibe is friendly and laid-back. Before or after your class, you are invited to relax in the indoor and outdoor chill-out areas. Changing rooms with shower facilities and complimentary Wi-fi are also available.

With nearly 60 classes available every week, and six types – Strong, Core, Energize, Basics, Gentle and Relax – you are sure to find a style to suit you. From beast to zen mode - whatever class you sign up for, you are encouraged to find the poses and movements that works best for your body. There are no rules; all that matters is that you feel good.
