Stay cool with these ceiling fan maintenance tips from fan specialist Samaire.
When installing a ceiling fan, ensure a distance of around 2.3m between the fan and floor for optimal cooling effect.
Provide a 0.6m clearance from the tip of the blade to the corresponding wall (including L-Box and false ceiling).
Accumulation of dust causes your fan to slow down. Clean it periodically to prevent this problem.
Do not remove the balancing kit, that may have been installed onto the fan, during cleaning.
