Interested in learning new recipes to impress your family with at the reunion dinner? The Kitchen Society is running a series of classes throughout the month for cooking enthusiasts who are preparing for Chinese New Year. Learn to make interesting dishes and CNY goodies, such as pineapple tarts, or traditional Cantonese savoury radish cakes and even Thai curry, too. Class participants enjoy a hands-on experience and demonstrations from the professional chef instructors, followed by a food-tasting session.
