Shaped like an hourglass, and draped with a couture outfit made of coloured glass and laser-cut gold-tone finishing, Parisian brand Diptyque’s Le Sablier (French for “hourglass”) is both a decor and home fragrance object. There are six new designs for six aromatic fragrances – 34, Baies, Figuier, Roses, Gingembre and Fleur d’Orangier – with the diffusers making use of a unique cold-diffusion process based on the principles of gravity and capillarity. Place near a point of natural convection, such as a window or fan, for optimum scent diffusion. Le Sablier has a lifespan of around three months, and can be refilled once with the same fragrance.
