Its pop-up store at I12 Katong was so well received, home furniture and furnishings destination HomesToLife has turned it into a permanent retail space. The 7,000sqf store has welcomed a food-and-beverage partner, Gastrosmiths, which has gained a following for its inventive modern Singapore nosh.

The aim of the collaboration was to provide customers with a unique and holistic shopping experience. “Shoppers welcome new retail concepts which bring together elements that traditionally do not exist in the same space – as long as there is a coherent narrative,” shares Phua Bo Wen, senior manager of retail excellence at HomesToLife.

Dine in, and browse through a large collection of furniture, including dining sets, cabinets, shelves, and sofas, such as the classy Cetus leather sofa in Rustic Red. The striking piece pairs well with even the simplest black-and-white palettes, to add a touch of luxury. Not looking for furniture? There are accessories, such as the Notre Monde range of mirrors, patterned cushions, trays, tableware and scented candles, to tempt you.

Children are not forgotten, either! The kids’ tent from Danish brand Bloomingville, made using cotton canvas and wooden poles, makes a quirky and fun hideaway for any kid (or kidult). Throw in some whimsical toys made of organic cotton from the Anne-Claire Petit collection, for some company!
