Housing five en suite bedrooms, this twostorey, contemporary-style semi-detached house is designed with the local environment in mind. Featuring passive cooling designs, many of the spaces within the home enjoy natural illumination and cross ventilation, creating a comfortable abode for the family.

Electrically controlled aluminium louvres wrap around one corner of the building structure, where the windows are located. They shield the interiors from the westerly sun, while a cantilevered structure shades the ground floor spaces.

Inside, white walls and Italian white marble flooring brighten up the living and dining areas. An oversized Artemide pendant lamp illuminates the dining area, acting as a visual point of interest.

The wooden surfaces of the stair treads and cabinets create a warm and welcoming ambience. This cosy, intimate feel continues into the rooms.

Located on the top floor, the master bedroom features American walnut veneer on one wall. A Le Corbusier armchair completes the space as the homeowners enjoy relaxing and reading in the room.

Another living area at the attic sits next to a bar counter, a perfect spot to lounge and wind down away from the hustle and bustle.
