The homeowners of this four- bedroom apartment wanted a timeless design for their home, so they requested a modern classic look with a white- grey colour palette. Bringing this idea to life was the team from Collective Designs, who proposed materials and hues that are not only easy to maintain, but allow the home to look bright and spacious, too.

To create the look of an expansive and open kitchen space, the team utilised a greyish Silestone engineered quartz for the kitchen backsplash and countertops, pairing it with white Hamptons-style cabinetry and a dark brown kitchen island base. The kitchen, which was redesigned to accommodate more storage space and a kitchen island, features a glass sliding door leading to the yard; this allows more natural light in.

Collective Designs also converted a common room into a walk-in wardrobe, and a common toilet into a dedicated laundry area. All three spaces are accessible via connecting doors, creating a seamless and convenient layout for the homeowners. With louvre windows, these spaces are now breezier and well-ventilated.

The Volakas marble walls in the master bathroom and the textured grey wallcovering in the bedroom give the home a sophisticated and timeless look. The contemporary feel is further enhanced by the breathtaking vista the apartment overlooks.
