Said dishes include hearty Salmon Assam Laksa and sinful Crab Meat & Salted Egg Fried Kway Teow (above). Penang Culture’s outlets are located in Century Square, Changi Airport Terminal 2 and JEM.
If you love having brekkie at any time of day, you could consider O’Coffee Club’s recently launched all-day breakfast menu, which includes staples such as French Toast ($7.90) and Eggs Benedict ($10.90). If you have a large appetite, order the Waffle Stacker ($19.90, above), which features scrambled eggs and Mangalica bacon sandwiched between three waffles.
Teochew cuisine fans will be glad to know that Paradise Teochew, which started with a restaurant at Singapore Swimming Club, now has a second location in Scotts Square. On the menu are classic dishes such as Pan-fried Oyster Omelette (above), Steamed Glutinous Rice Roll and Chilled Yellow Roe Crab.
